  • Dear Vinod,
I have visited your BLOG many times and found to be interesting and informative. I would like to share information which should give food for thought to like minded people.

I want to propose a debate:

” How do you balance your professional life, and family life”

This is an old question, time and again people do ask and get very emotional and unrealistic answers as they are concerned about revealing their real facts.

Now with the latest technology introduction people are glued to net or socialize with clubs like toast master or similar clubs where families don’t come so often. Here the man is facing a new challenge, he has no time for family due to his job or profession now he has another new passion, the club activities.

My wife jokes with me that she is the second wife as my profession is first wife she is disturbed with my 3rd wife which is none other than TM club.

SO the question we can pose for debate is how do we balance with three wives.

I would like to add to your proposal of a debate with the moot That” we do not need a balanced professional and family life, as we can balance our professional and family life as we see fit”
And then open it to linked in members of whom 3 can take the positive side(i.e. agree with the moot) and 3 take the negative side (i.e. disagree with the moot)

For those participating, they will grow in the skill of debating and communicating.
